Abstract

This project focuses on the implementation of a Deming cycle, for production control and planning, in a company dedicated to the production of vaccines, with the aim of solving antigen production problems, in which Through the integration of production orders, it allows strategic planning of work, control of inventories, and systematic correction of costs, through the use of engineering tools and methods, to identify problems and root causes, through the elaboration of indicators that serve as support to establish continuous improvement.
