The names and email addresses provided by users of the computer system of the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (hereinafter “RIIM”), which is based on the Open Journal Systems (hereinafter “OJS”) system, will be used exclusively for the purposes established therein and will not be provided to third parties or used for other purposes.

For those interested in joining the scientific dissemination through RIIM, personal data will be used for user registration on the platform (for authors, reviewers, and editorial committee) to be registered in the RIIM journal database on the OJS platform.
The provided information may also be used for activities not directly related to registration in the RIIM journal, solely for quantitative statistical purposes.

How will your data be processed?
The Editorial Committee of RIIM processes the provided data to manage the evaluation and publication activities of scientific articles submitted by interested parties; thus, we will use your data to carry out the following actions: the preparation of statistical reports of publications, submissions, etc., to disseminate the journal in the scientific community.
To whom can we transfer your information?
Only to authorized authorities when required by current regulations.
How long will we keep your data?
Data will be kept as long as the relationship with the RIIM journal is maintained.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Specifically, interested parties can request the right to access their personal data, i.e., to know what they are being used for and the conditions of their use (Access).
Interested parties can request the correction of the data (Rectification); or, where applicable, request their deletion from our databases when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes collected (Cancellation).
Additionally, under certain circumstances, interested parties may request the limitation of the processing of their data, or under certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, interested parties may exercise their right to object to the processing of their data.
We will stop processing the data unless for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims or in those exceptions established in the applicable regulations (Objection). This set of rights is commonly known as ARCO rights.
