Aplicación de hoja de ruta bajo economía circular en la industria metalmecánica: caso México

Aún en este siglo, en México pequeñas y medianas empresas no han incorporado conceptos como manufactura esbelta, industria 4.0, industria 5.0 o economía circular. En México, se han realizado proyectos para incorporar conceptos como la Economía Circular en diversos sectores. En este artículo, se muestra una compilación de marco teórico base, los estudios previos encontrados, a nivel mundial y en México, así como una propuesta para la incorporación de manera estructurada como una hoja de ruta. Dentro de la parte experimental, se muestran los resultados de una primera fase de incorporación en una empresa en México, dedicada a la fabricación de componentes metal mecánicos. Se enlistan los beneficios y las barreras encontradas en la aplicación del primer modelo.
