CALL FOR PAPERS 2024 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL OF MULTIDISCIPLINARY RESEARCH RIIM, Vol 1, 2024 |

The TecNM/Instituto Tecnológico de Orizaba, through the Division of Graduate Studies and Research, invites the academic, scientific, professional, and student community to submit original research manuscripts to the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (RIIM).
| RIIM OBJECTIVE |
To disseminate advances in original scientific and technological production in the field of Engineering, with the aim of promoting, generating, and developing knowledge across the various disciplines comprising this field of study.
| DESCRIPTION |
RIIM serves as a medium to present original works or unpublished contributions in various areas, highlighting multidisciplinary work. Suggested topics may focus on:
Chemical Engineering
Processes, environmental, food, alternative energies, biotechnology, biochemistry.
Industrial Engineering
Supply chains, logistics, manufacturing, six sigma, quality, simulation, sequencing, optimization, decision analysis, economic analysis, CAD, CAM, neural networks, fuzzy logic, genetic algorithms, production systems.
Computer Systems
Software engineering, web development, educational computing, virtual and augmented reality, computer networks, intelligent computing, advanced computing architectures.
Administrative Engineering
Innovation and technology management, business development and competitiveness, human talent management, project feasibility, business planning, production management, quality management, business management, strategic management and foresight, energy management, social management, and sustainability.
Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Circuits and electronic devices, digital signal processing, optoelectronics, semiconductors, power electronics, embedded systems, analog and digital circuits, bioelectronics, renewable energies.
Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering
Mechanical design and modeling, robotics, industrial automation, finite element analysis, image processing and pattern recognition, fault diagnosis, instrumentation and control methodologies, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, sensor and actuator design, control engineering.
Educational Research
Educational research applied to computer systems, industrial engineering, administrative engineering, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or mechatronics engineering.

PKP – Public Knowledge Project
| ARTICLE PUBLICATION |
Articles must be original works that have not been previously published nor are simultaneously submitted to other events (they will be checked with anti-plagiarism software).
Articles that meet formatting requirements will be evaluated by a technical committee of renowned researchers and professionals, who will issue a verdict that may be:
● Accepted
● Conditional Acceptance
● Rejected
Articles with a "Conditional Acceptance" verdict can achieve an "Accepted" verdict provided they submit the revised version with the requested changes by the following dates:
● Monday, August 5, 2024, for Vol. 1
● Monday, December 9, 2024, for Vol. 2.
Only articles with a final "Accepted" verdict will be sent for publication in the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, an indexed electronic journal in PKP, with ISSN registration in process. Each article will have its Digital Object Identifier (DOI).
For publication, the corresponding payment must be made within the established dates for this purpose.
| FULL PAPER CHARACTERISTICS |
Each paper must describe its contribution briefly but completely, have at most five authors, and be presented in PDF format, with a length of 7 to 10 pages, following exactly the instructions in the template “Template_articulo_RIIM.docx”, which can also be downloaded from the RIIM journal's website:
● The review of articles will be double-blind; do not include data or citations that clearly identify the authors.
● Once an article is accepted, the list of authors cannot be modified.

| FEES |
For authors
● The recovery fee per article is $2,000.00
● If at least one person appears in up to three articles and in at least one as the main author, they will pay a special recovery fee of $4,500.00
● The payment of the fee includes:
- Its publication in the peer-reviewed electronic journal “Revista Internacional de Investigación Multidisciplinaria” (ISSN IN PROCESS).
- Access to the electronic journal from the official TecNM Orizaba campus website (http://orizaba.tecnm.mx/cim/?page_id=33).
The recovery fees should be deposited to:
